From the team behind Triangle Software, building UK business software since 1992

AI that actually works for your business.

We find where AI helps, and prove it with a working demo before you commit to development.

Most consultancies sell slide decks. We build a working proof of concept against your own data first, so you can see it running before you commit. If AI won't help, we'll tell you that too.

A structured way to find where AI helps your business, proved with something you can see running.

Who we are

We are more than just AI.

RaidAI was set up by the team behind Triangle Software, a UK software company that has been building and shipping real business systems since 1992. We started RaidAI because we kept seeing the same thing: SMEs sold expensive AI promises with nothing to show for it until the bill arrived.

Who's it for?

  • Owners and directors of construction, engineering, transport and infrastructure firms of 20 to 250 people
  • Businesses without an IT department to weigh up AI for them
  • Anyone who wants a straight answer and a cost they can budget for
  • Owners who want to see it working before spending real money

Built for businesses that can't afford to get it wrong.

Our approach

Five stages. No guesswork.

  1. Structured intake

A light self-serve form, or a deeper discovery call. We learn how your business runs.

  2. Opportunity scoring

We map your processes against AI capability patterns and rank the best opportunities.

  3. Proof of concept

We build a working demo against your real data. The key step, before you commit to development.

  4. Report and recommendation

A plain-English report with running costs modelled up front, a roadmap, risks and limitations.

  5. Development handoff

A clean, development-ready brief, ready to build with your team or ours.

Addressing the AI anxiety, head on

“Cortex doesn't replace your people or their judgement. It gives everyone in the business instant answers to questions whose answers might otherwise be scattered across departments, in one manager's inbox or in the owner's head. Decisions get made faster, growth can be planned on facts, and the business stops depending on any one person to function.”

Dan Branwood Technical Director

Plain English, no jargon.

  • What AI can't do, said plainly

If it won't help, or isn't worth it yet, we'll say so. That's the whole point.

  • SME-appropriate cost modelling

Realistic running costs for a smaller business, not enterprise numbers.

  • Practical patterns, cross-sector

Experience across sectors, applied to the problem actually in front of you.

  • Backed by Triangle Software

From a UK software company that has shipped business software since 1992.

Common questions

What owners ask before the first call.

Cost, commitment, and what happens if AI isn't the answer for you.

How much does it cost?

Discovery has a fixed fee, a proof of concept costs little next to a build, and we show you the monthly running costs before you commit to building anything.

Do I have to commit to development?

No. The point of the proof of concept is that you see something working on your own data before you decide whether to build anything. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you.

How long does it take?

It depends on the opportunity, so we agree the timings with you before we start. Discovery is a short, focused piece of work. The proof of concept is kept to the smallest build that shows whether it works on your data, and you'll know when to expect it before you commit to anything.

What if AI won't help my business?

Then we'll say so, and why. We'd rather tell you early than sell you something that doesn't pay back.

Do we need clean data?

No. Most SMEs keep their information across spreadsheets, emails and a system or two, and that's normal. Part of discovery is looking at what you have and what it would take to use it. If your data isn't good enough for an opportunity yet, we'll tell you, and what it would take to fix.
